Short, because there is very little to tell you.
What we collect about you
Nothing that identifies you. There is no enquiry form on this site, no account to create, no newsletter, and no callback request. We never ask for your name, address, phone number or email address, so we do not hold them and cannot pass them to anyone.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics to count how many people read each page and which search terms brought them here. This does not use cookies to track you across websites and does not build a profile of you. We cannot identify individual readers from it.
Links to other sites
We link to GOV.UK, the Housing Ombudsman, Shelter, Citizens Advice, council websites and legislation.gov.uk. Once you follow a link, that site's own privacy policy applies and we have no control over it.
Emailing us
If you email hello@tenantrepairs.org.uk we will have your email address and whatever you tell us. We use it to reply to you and to correct errors on the site. We do not add you to anything and we do not pass it on. You can ask us to delete your email at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it erased. Given that we hold essentially none, the answer to the first question will usually be "nothing". Email us and we will confirm that in writing. The publisher and data controller is Stixx Digital Ltd.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
